Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal | 1 Condiment | 1 Healthy Fat
Ingredients:
4 packets Medifast Oatmeal (any flavor)
3 packets Medifast French Vanilla Shake
1 packet Medifast Vanilla Pudding
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2½ Tbsp canola oil
1¼ cup water
5 sprays non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add the oil, and slowly pour in enough water to make a batter-like consistency. Stir until just combined.
3. Pour mixture into a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray; spread evenly.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes 8 servings, not 1. You can cut it into 8 squares and eat one as your Medifast meal with one condiments andt 1 fat serving.
