Medifast Fit&Festive Blondies

Yield: 8 serving

Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal | 1 Condiment | 1 Healthy Fat

Ingredients:

4 packets Medifast Oatmeal (any flavor)

3 packets Medifast French Vanilla Shake

1 packet Medifast Vanilla Pudding

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp cinnamon

2½ Tbsp canola oil

1¼ cup water

5 sprays non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add the oil, and slowly pour in enough water to make a batter-like consistency. Stir until just combined.

3. Pour mixture into a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray; spread evenly.

4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  2. I am assuming you cut into 8 pieces with one piece a Medifast meal

  3. Are you sure this is only 1 serving? Looks like it should be 8!

  4. Sounds good. But 1 question, is this equal to 8 medi-fast meals?
    So servings is 8?

  5. This recipe makes 8 servings, not 1. You can cut it into 8 squares and eat one as your Medifast meal with one condiments andt 1 fat serving.

  6. What size pan do you suggest baking this in? 8 x 8?

  7. What size pan do you use? How thick is the batter when you spread it? There are some details missing from this recipe.
