
Regular exercise helps you lose weight and is particularly important in helping you maintain your weight loss for the long-term. And that’s just the beginning of what getting active can do for you! When beginning your Medifast plan, it is not recommended to start a new exercise routine at the same time. We recommend that you begin with a basic exercise and then increase time and intensity as your body allows. We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. As with any exercise plan, if ay any point during your workout you begin to feel faint or dizzy or have physical discomfort, stop immediately and consult a physician.
