Per serving: ½ Condiment
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving
1 packet Essential1: Antioxidants White Grape Peach Flavor Infuser™
4 oz cold water
4 oz club soda
½ cup chopped fruit (berries, orange slices, etc.)
1 tsp chopped fresh basil
Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate for several hours. Strain fruit and serve over ice, if desired.

Is this for the maintenance program after you finish the 5 and 1? Looks yummy but don’t think I can have this yet.
Hi Anne, Because it’s such a negligle amount of fruit juice that comes from straining the fruit, you can have it as part of the 5&1 Plan. Great question!
