Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal | 1 Leanest | 3 Condiments
Ingredients:
1 packet Medifast Maryland Crab Soup
1½ cups (12 oz) 1% cottage cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1½ Tbsp diced onion
1/8 tsp low-sodium Old Bay® seasoning
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Cover tightly and chill until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables.

As a life-long Marylander, I am eager to try this. I have always thought that Medifast’s Maryland Crab Soup was pretty darn close to the real deal. 😀 Although, why can’t one use less cream cheese and the appropriate amount of real crab meat for this recipe?
I did make this. Actually I think you could add more cottage cheese to this. I made a double batch to share. It was a little dry I also added some sriracha sauce to taste and improved the zip.
Not sure how many raw veggies are allowed ???
