Morning Energy Bites (Meal Makeover)

1 Medifast Meal | 1½ Condiments | 1 Optional Snack | 1 Healthy Fat

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes    Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes
  • 1 packet Medifast Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp toasted, unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Form mixture into balls of whatever size you would like. Roll each ball in the coconut flakes. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Per serving:  230 calories | 10g fat | 23g carbohydrates  | 17g protein
