When Cathy started thinking about losing weight, a few things came to mind that pushed her to take a step toward a healthier lifestyle. While wanting to look and feel better was her primary motivation, Cathy also wanted to be able to live a healthier life for her family and friends. Since losing the weight on Medifast, Cathy has noticed a significant change in her lifestyle. She’s incorporated an active routine into each day, including 100 push-ups or running up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
