Ingredients:
1 packet Essential1: Calorie Burn Green Tea Lemon Flavor Infuser™
8 oz seltzer
1 tsp minced ginger root
2 tsp lime juice
1 Tbsp mint leaves
7 drops liquid stevia OR 1 packet sugar substitute
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, and chill for 30 minutes. Serve over ice.
I think it is good, but what about people that are Diabetics and Lactose intolerant, which is what I have. Do you have anything for people like us?
