6 Additional Creative & Delicious Brownie Variations

  1. Add 2 Tbsp of powdered peanut butter (1 condiment) for a little extra protein and that peanut buttery taste you love.
  2. Add veggies! Try shredded zucchini or pureed kabocha squash (1/2 cup = 1 Green serving).
  3. Make it spicy. Add a ¼-½ tsp of cinnamon, chipotle powder, and/or cayenne.
  4. Cut your brownie in half lengthwise. Mix 1 Tbsp whipped topping (1 condiment) with 1 Tbsp sugar-free syrup (e.g. caramel, hazelnut, or English toffee; 1 condiment). Top one half of the brownie with the mixture, and then add the other half to make a sandwich. Place it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, and then enjoy your frozen treat!
  5. Add a 1/3 oz of any chopped nut. Try walnuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, or pecans (1/3 oz = 1 Healthy Fat serving).
  6. Mix one tablespoon of light cream cheese (1 Healthy Fat) with 2 Tbsp sugar-free syrup (1 condiment), like Raspberry, and add to your brownie prior to microwaving.
