I’ve had major problems with the site. For one, I cannot get to the Forums. I get an error message. I’ve opened support tickets and heard nothing. My coach has escalated my problem and messages have been sent off to the IT department, but that was weeks ago and, despite a few reminders to the IT department, no one from IT ever follows up from me or fixes my problem. And I’m not alone. There are others I know on the site who are having problems. I’m looking around for alternatives. This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
