The Jewish holiday of Passover begins with a seder at sundown this evening. If you are following the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan and observe this holiday, please note that, while Medifast Meals are not kosher for Passover, we can help you stay on the healthy-eating track with a Passover-friendly menu from our maintenance plan. Though this is not a plan designed for fat-burning, you’ll still eat every 2 – 3 hours, and you’ll still control portion sizes.
When Passover has ended, the 5 & 1 Plan will be here for you, ready to pick up where you left off! Click through for a sample menu and recipes. Happy Pesach!
