NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS PHYSICALLY LOCATED AND RESIDING IN THE 50 STATES. - HOW TO ENTER: Each day in the 2015 football season that Notre Dame has a game, visit the contest page and complete an entry form to earn an entry into the Medifast® Snack Pack Giveaway (“Giveaway”):
Entry form must include name, email and shipping address. Post Office Box addresses will not be accepted. One entry per person per day.
