Try These Healthy S'more Sandwich Cookies!

Happy National S’mores Day!

August 10th is National S’mores Day – a day when the most popular campfire treat is recognized and celebrated! Although delicious, this gooey, chocolatey indulgence is far from nutritious. But don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our S’more Sandwich Cookie. You can still enjoy that tasty S’mores flavor with this recipe that’s easy on the waistline and only two ingredients.

S’more Sandwich Cookie

1 Medifast Meal | 1 Condiment

Ingredients

1 Medifast S’more Crunch Bar
1 Tbsp whipped topping

Directions

1) Break S’more Crunch Bar in half. Microwave for 15 seconds.
2) Line two slots of a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Place each microwaved bar half into a cupcake liner, and press down with fingers to form circular “cookie” on bottom of liner. Freeze for 15 minutes.
3) Form sandwich cookie by spreading whipped topping between both circular cookie pieces. Enjoy!
