Stay Healthy During Snowmageddon and Future Flurry Days!

Winter is here! For those of you who live on the east coast, I’m sure your stocking up for possibly the blizzard of the century, Snowmageddon. Not only does the name sound intimidating, but so does the thought of trying to stay healthy while being cooped up indoors for a few days. Snow days are filled with warm and gooey treats along with cozy comfort foods to get you through those cold, wet days. But what if we told you it’s not that hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle while stuck indoors? Here are some healthy tips and tricks that our team came up with to keep you prepared for this snowstorm and any future flurry days.

  • Stock up on your favorite Medifast hearty choices, like the Medifast Ziti Marinara or the Vegetarian Chili! Both of these Medifast Meals will warm the heart and fill the belly.
