These sound great! I am definitely going to try them!
If you used eggbeaters Instead what would that come out to be? These look tasty!!
What amount of eggbeaters would substitute for the Medifast eggs, which I don’t buy? Thanks.
We have not tested the recipe using egg whites, but that should work. Try it out and let us know! We suggest you start with 2 Tbsp to 1/4 cup liquid egg whites or just 2 egg whites. Use less water – stick closer to ¼ cup; you may not even need that much due to the liquid in the egg whites.
Sounds good, I printed the recipe off and hope to try it when I get spiced pancakes next!
I am not really big on using oil is there a substitute for that?
Hi Janel, While we have not tested it in this recipe, you could try substituting 1 tbl of low-fat plain Greek yogurt for the 1 tbl of Canola oil.
What happens to the other 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice? Is it for the frosting?
Made them yesterday and they were good! Thanks for the recipe!
