Lemon Meringue Shake
Serves 1. Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal and 2 Condiments.
Ingredients:
• 6-8 oz water
• ½ a packet of sugar-free lemonade powder
• 1 pkt Medifast French Vanilla Shake
• 1 packet non-calorie sweetener
Directions: Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth..
Mayan Chocolate Shake
Serves 1. Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal and 1-1/2 Condiments.
Ingredients
• 1 Medifast Dutch Chocolate Shake
• 1 cup water
• 4-5 ice cubes
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
Serves 1. Per Serving: 0 Medifast Meals and 0 Condiments.
Ingredients
• 1 packet Medifast Strawberry Lemonade Flavor Infuser
• 6 oz water
• 4-5 ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
These look great! Question: wouldn’t the Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie count as 1 condiment for the Flavor Infusor? Thanks!
Hi Sandy, Great question! Our flavor infusers do not count as anything toward your daily 5 & 1, not even a condiment. We don’t recommend more than 3 per day, though, if you’re drinking the calorie-burn ones because of the caffeine content, or more than 5 a day of the other ones.
