YOU SHOULD WORRY about regaining the weight! I DID! I maintained a 130 pound weight loss for 6 years and when I stopped worrying about gaining it back, and finally let myself enjoy life, I’ve gained 50 pounds back. PLEASE don’t listen to this article! We worry about gaining the weight back, because 90% of people do! We KNOW this. This is the worst advise ever. You can’t be skinny and fit and non-chalant about your weight at the same time. You have to fear it coming back on, or it actually will. Would you rather worry about it, or have it actually happen? I guess if people maintained their weight, they wouldn’t have many return customers, so this advice only makes sense in a business/profit scenario for the company selling you the weight loss product. So sad.

dropped 90 put 30 back on but now am having health issues that have me worried. blood pressure rose to 178/107 in right arm and is 160/90 in my left arm. Doctor put me back on BP meds and a diuretic. I am going to use this setback as my new “Why” to regain my health.

This is a legitimate worry. I lost 83 pounds in 9 months and have gained back 20 in 6 months. It is a constant battle and a constant worry!
