I prepared this as my second Lean & Green(tm) meal. I loved the textures and the flavors. My boyfriend – who is not on the diet – gave the green light to make it again. I used a very lean beef roast and omitted the dry mustard and next time I will use a bit less pepper. Delicious! Thank you for the recipe.
